Antenna's OnDemand gets Vodafone approval

Vodafone customers who use telecoms management specialist Antenna Software to host the mobile part of their Siebel OnDemand management application will be relieved to hear the service has been declared fully compliant.

Antenna, which offers a hosted service over the Vodafone network, has been awarded Vodafone Certified Application status for its A3 Mobile Sales Intelligence (MSI) application for Siebel CRM OnDemand.

To achieve Vodafone Certified status, Antenna A3 MSI for Siebel CRM OnDemand underwent ‘rigorous technical evaluation by Vodafone UK’. Now, as a certified application company, Antenna Software has access to Vodafone UK’s technical expertise and will be recommended to appropriate customers by Vodafone UK account managers.

Jim Hemmer, president and CEO of Antenna Software said: ‘This re-enforces our position as a key provider of hosted enterprise mobility services in the UK, and assures our joint customers they’ll experience industry-leading quality of service over the Vodafone network. Now Vodafone customers can empower their sales and service personnel with real-time information updates directly to and from their mobile devices for increased field effectiveness, higher revenue attainment, and lower costs.’
