He joins from Alfred McAlpine Business Services at an important time for Modus following the recent management buy out led by founder Toby Benzecry. Ramos will have specific responsibility for the development of new and existing client relationships and to ensure the delivery of services to the high standards set by the firm.

He brings with him a wealth of experience and know how, having worked in various roles in the buildings and facilities sector for over 30 years.
