Pchelpcentre plans to become a ReviveR of inefficient fault reporting

PC downtime is often the fault of bad communication and faults that go ignored, says pchelpcentre

Pchelpcentre will be showcasing its ReviveR Smart Card, which can be installed in any PC, server, point of sale or manufacturing control system.

When interrogating a faulty PC, the ReviveR service software - in conjunction with the Smart Card - automates the detection, notifying and management of faults, and aids in resolution of PC problems in your organisation.
 
This ReviveR Smart Card can be fitted in minutes and needs no expert skills and, once installed, onlys need to be connected to the telephone line lead for remote analysis or any standard USB cable for local diagnostics.

The ReviveR Smart Card has two RJ11 sockets - the first is for a telephone line connection and the second for any telephone handset. 

Most companies suffer from inefficient workflow when reporting faults with a particular PC or network, often resulting in lost productivity. Typically, many faults go unreported and end-users cannot always accurately describe the problem.

ReviveR Smart Card technology attempts eliminate these expensive practices by automating the detection, management and resolution of PC problems.
