Microsoft Business Solutions has announced the launch of Navision 4, the newest update of its ERP software. Claiming that the software has been developed to run in 39 languages, Microsoft says that Navision 4 was developed specifically for small and midmarket segment organisations that want to focus on growing and improving their businesses. However, the program is also targeted at divisions, subsidiaries or branch offices of large companies that typically need to have about 100 users on the system, Microsoft says. According to the global software corporation, its new product update integrates critical financial, manufacturing, distribution, customer management, supply chain, analytics and e-commerce data into one streamlined solution. Navision 4 offers an abundance of European innovation to the world, said Rene Stockner, general manager, talking about the applications development at the company's Danish base. 'The new product is compelling proof of the investment Microsoft has made in Europe and the deep level of value we are able to offer businesses around the world,' he told SM365. |
