Business service management (BSM) software provider, Euclid, has announced the availability of three new QuickStart Business Service Consulting packages: Blueprinting, Storyboarding, and Management Automation. 

According to the company, each new offering is designed to incrementally lead a customer through its methodology, aligning IT resources and investments with business operations and priorities. 

Features of the new consulting/software package are said to include time-saving tools that use business and IT service templates, best practice frameworks and methodologies, out-of-the-box dashboards, and reports to accelerate the services engagement and begin delivering value within the first two weeks of implementation.

QuickStart Services distinguish Euclid in the BSM space, claims Patty Azzarello, the company's president.

'It's not just about technology.  Aligning IT with the business has been elusive to many companies as it demands a combination of first setting the right expectations around business measures of IT success, then using software to automate it,' she told IT reporters.
