The group now offers facilities management consultancy and contracting, building surveying, construction cost consultancy, programme and project management, PPP/PFI consultancy, education consultancy, uncertainty management and PFI special purpose vehicle management. The acquisition of DWB, a successful construction cost consultancy and project management company, also provides a central London base and a further 23 professional staff to the Appleyards team, now one of the 12 largest QS teams in the UK. The recent growth also takes group turnover over the £12m threshold and it is on target to reach £50m turnover within 10 years. Both Appleyards and DWB work with public and private sector clients. DWB will continue to be run by founders Richard Dobson and Philip Boulcott. |
