New AFSM UK leadership determined to advance further

A new leadership team has taken the helm at the UK chapter of the leading industry association AFSM.

Simon Morris, the vice president of marketing operations at ClickSoftware, takes over the role of president from Chris Farnath while the new vice president is Mark Hemming, customer service process development manager at Festo.

Morris said: ‘We have seen tremendous growth in the UK Chapter over the last couple of years and we, as a Leadership Team, are determined to continue that trend by offering value to our members.’
 
He added that one of the most popular aspects of the UK Chapter are the local events run on a quarterly basis. ‘The next event will be taking place on Wednesday, March 28th at the offices of Unisys in Milton Keynes,’ he said. ‘The topic for this event is ‘Growing Your Service Business’ and we will be welcoming speakers from Canon, Unisys and other organisations.’
