Urban Hofstrom becomes Leader of EMEA Services where he will be responsible for ‘driving profitable growth across EMEA in the newly formed Global Services enterprise’.   Most recently he was vice president of EMEA Services and was responsible for the transformation of the Avaya service business following the acquisition of Tenovis. 

Former business development director of EMEA Services at Avaya, Dave Millett has been appointed as Nortel’s director, business development & marketing for EMEA Services.  This 25 year telecoms veteran will ‘develop Nortel’s EMEA services portfolio roadmap and deliver marketing programmes that improve revenue growth.’
