Enterprise software firm, Epicor, has announced the launch of eMarketing 3, an email marketing campaigns organiser, and its new online survey product, Advanced Surveys 3, which it says is designed to improve customer response rates and further automate the campaign process. For this new version, Epicor has added support for opt-in email campaigns, and enhancements to functionalities such as the brand director, the response reporter, the loyalty manager and the campaign builder. Web and email based campaigns are rapidly growing in popularity, thinks Greg Horton, director of product marketing for Epicor's CRM practice. 'Both the new eMarketing system and the advanced surveys software are complete solutions built on the Microsoft .NET framework that provide connectivity via XML and OBDC to allow customers to deploy a marketing project that can be either standalone or work in concert with existing CRM solutions,' he added. |
