American contact management software provider, CentraView, has announced a new service provider program. The company claims the new software allows service providers to offer on demand Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to their own customers. Until now, small-to-midsized companies looking for hosted Contact Management, SFA or CRM solutions had few alternatives to salesforce.com and other high-priced hosted solutions, Alan Rihm, CentraView's CEO told SM365. 'Having run several service providers in the past, it's clear that the industry needs the next `killer application' to help drive high customer value, reduce churn and deliver profitable revenues from existing and new customers. This program helps service providers get-to-market quickly,' he added. According to CentraView, the program is to be made available in two levels. The standard program will offer service providers the opportunity to sell CentraView Online via co-branded, subscription service hosted at their data centres. The 'Powered By CentraView' program is said to be designed for larger providers to mass distribute a 'lite' version to all customers. In addition to the features of the standard program it also offers assistance for planning and launching their offering, ongoing marketing and sales support, training and software support.
