Survey looks at the future of field service industry

The latest survey from Service Management will focus on what the major issues will be for the field service industry in 2010.

The results of the survey will be published within the June issue of the magazine in an article that will analyse the results and highlight trends and important issues.

Those taking part in the survey will be able to do so anonymously, because individual contact details will not be included.

Designed to allow the service industry to compare their objectives and plans for the future with those of their peers, respondents will also have the chance to win two tickets to one of the many Vodafone-sponsored events of their choice (subject to availability) and include football, cricket and horse racing. These are provided through the generosity of Aspective, a Vodafone company, which is sponsoring the survey.

Those wishing to take part in the survey can do so by logging on to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=9_2fQTNRK2UeKWNfHHJfjv5Q_3d_3d
