The initiative is a prestigious event that celebrates best examples of customer service throughout the UK and includes a number of categories. It provides an opportunity for companies to highlight how high levels of customer service have helped their business grow and prosper.

The successful entrants will be decided by an expert panel of judges, chaired by the awards founder, Don Hales. The Customer Service Award for Field Service Service Management is included within the Excellence and Innovation category. The finalists will be announced on 2 June and the presentation ceremony will take place on 23 September. |
