Customer relationship management (CRM) producer, NetSuite, has announced the release of the latest version of its system, Netsuite 10, which it claims delivers new capabilities whether delivered as an Internet service or an on-premise solution. According to NetSuite, version 10 builds on the order management functionality introduced in previous versions by offering NetSuite Upsell Manager, an agent that examines a customer's database of purchase transactions to suggest cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Also new, the company says, is NetCommerce Analytics, which allows sales and support staff to see a prospect's or customer's actual website activity, giving them insight into client's wants and needs. Amazing things happen when companies move from fragmented silos of customer information to one system that provides a single view of all customer interaction, says company CEO, Zack Nelson. 'Knowing what they are doing on your website provides crucial intelligence into their interests. NetSuite's order management and ecommerce capabilities make possible features about which customers have only been able to dream,' he told SM365. |
